- Flour 2 Cups
- Eggs 4
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Mix salt and flour. Beat eggs. Mound dry ingredients and create a well for the eggs. Add eggs to well and slowly mix in flour from edges until dough begins to form. Completely mix to form uniform dough. Roll dough out flat to desired thickness and cut into long 1/4” strips to form noodles.
Grandma would use this to make pork roast and noodles.
