Apple Crisps


  • Sugar 1 Cup
  • Lemon Juice 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • Cloves 1/4 tsp
  • apples 6
  • Flour 3/4 Cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 6 Tblsp
  • Ground Nuts 1/4 cup (Walnut I assume)


Combine 1/2 Cup sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cloves in a 8”x8”x2” baking pan. Wash, Peel, Core and Slice apples into pan and mix.

With pastrey blender, combine 1/2 cup sugar, flour, salt, butter, and nuts until crubly. Spread this over apples in backing dish, and pat smoth.

Bake at 375F for ~45 minutes until apples are tender and crust is brown.

Optionally top with whipped cream or ice cream before serving.
